Bush and Bearing Adhesive

DESCRIPTION Bush and Bearing Adhesive is a high-strength, low-viscosity, oil-resistant,dimethylacrylate ester-based adhesive which does not contain solvents and cures in the absence of oxygen.-

PROPERTIES

- cures fast
- resistant to engine oil at 125 °C
- resistant to petrol and brake fluid at room temperature as well as to other materials
- very high strength even on slightly oily surfaces
- low viscosity with excellent capillary action
- cures in the absence of oxygen

Operating temperature range: - 55°C to + 175°C for a short time up to 220°C

APPLICATION Used for bonding bushes and bearings and suitable for bonding coaxial joints such as bearings, bushes, shafts and hubs as well as bonding plastics or rubber/metal or metal/metal surfaces.

APPLICATIONS The components to be bonded must be roughly freed from contaminants such as oil films, dirt, paint or other coating materials to obtain the optimum bond. Wet the bush and bearing mounting with the adhesive and then bring them together.
